At the center of Esplanade at Madeira Ranch is the Lodge, a community hub built around wellness, recreation, and connection. Red Leaf Aquatics built the aquatic centerpiece of the property: a resort-style pool and spa designed to give residents a true getaway experience close to home.

The 8,397-square-foot pool has gradual beach-style entries, so swimmers of every age and ability can wade in easily. A 201-square-foot jacuzzi sits alongside it, offering a place to relax at any time of year. Private cabanas and mounded landscaping frame the water and give the pool deck a relaxed, retreat-like feel that matches the Lodge’s mountain-resort style.

All pool and spa systems run from a dedicated, enclosed equipment building. This keeps the mechanical equipment out of sight and protected, and makes service access simple for long-term maintenance. The pool area also connects to a concession building, which lets residents spend a full day poolside.
