We offer complete swimming pool design‑build and amenities installation throughout California, while providing design‑only services across most other U.S. states.
What is included in a Red Leaf design package?
The Red Leaf design package provides a complete set of plans for all water features within your project, along with full engineering services and permit procurement. Our team manages the submission process with both the building and health departments, ensuring every requirement is met. In addition, a Red Leaf design representative will participate in all coordination meetings with architects and trade partners to uphold code compliance and guarantee a seamless installation.
What amenities will Red Leaf install?
Amenities we install include BBQ’s, fire pits, water features, bar tops, outdoor kitchens, trellises, putting greens, dog runs, & sport courts. If you have an amenity that you need installed, please send your plans and specifications to Red Leaf and we will determine whether or not we can provide you with installation service.
Does Red Leaf offer landscaping services?
Yes, but only within model complexes, and only when the landscape is installed as part of the overall construction of all exterior features beyond the envelope of the homes.
